When Bart accidentally kills his old nemesis Sideshow Bob (Kelsey Grammer), Bob's brother Cecil Terwilliger (David Hyde Pierce), and his father Mr. Terwilliger (John Mahoney) invites Bart to attend the memorial service and bury the hatchet for good.
