Eric Floyd arrested in Philadelphia cop shooting

PHILADELPHIA —
A 33-year-old Philadelphia man, Eric Floyd, was arrested late Wednesday for his role in the shooting death of a police officer.
Philadelphia Police Officer Steven Liczbinski was shot to death Saturday while confronting three men accused of robbing a bank.
One of the suspects, Howard Cain was then shot to death by police, and another man, Levon Warner was arrested a day later.
Police searched for Floyd in Lancaster County -- he has family there -- but the search wasn't successful.
A Perry County man, Levi Swigart, faces federal charges in connection with the shooting. Police say Swigart traded the gun used in the shooting for drugs. If convicted, he could spend the rest of his life behind bars.
