Gun Traced To Perry County Teen

DUNCANNON, PERRY CO —
A handgun found at the fatal shooting of a Philadelphia police officer has been traced back to our area.
Police said 19-year-old Levi Swigart, of Duncannon, Perry County was arrested on Sunday after police traced the gun back to him.
Police said Swigart stole the gun from his mother and traded it for drugs.
The gun was used in a bank robbery that resulted in the shooting death of Philadelphia Police Officer Steven Liczbinski.
Police are still looking for 33-year-old Eric Floyd. He is one of the three men accused in the murder of Sergeant Liczbinski.
The shooting happened around 11:30 on Saturday morning at a bank supermarket in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia.
