Lynette Charles
 Lynette Charles joined the FOX43 News team in December of 2007.
Lynette is the Morning Meteorologist and co-anchors FOX43 Morning News with Kiersten Mathieu.
She began her career at The Weather Channel, where she was a Camera Operator. From there, she became the Weekend Meteorologist at WDEF, in Chattanooga, TN. While there, she was an active member of the community, giving school weather talks three days a week.
Originally from Silver Spring, MD, Lynette is excited to be back in the Northeast and closer to home.
Lynette received a Bachelors degree in Broadcast Journalism from Cal State-LA in Los Angeles, CA, and a Certificate of Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University.
She is also a member of the American Meteorlogical Society (AMS) and National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ).
In her spare time, Lynette enjoys spending time with her family and watching and playing all sports.
